Eligibility

To use our Services, you must: 

Be at least 18 years old

 Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

Own the property or have legal authority and consent to let and manage it as short-term accommodation

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring your information remains current.

Property Owner Responsibilities

By using our Services, you confirm that: 

You have the legal right to list and let the property as short-term accommodation 

The property complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing, planning, safety, and insurance requirements All information you provide about the property is accurate and not misleading 

We are not responsible for failures relating to landlord obligations, licensing, planning permission, insurance, or local authority compliance.

Guest Interaction and Management

Where we manage guest communications or bookings on your behalf, we act as your agent.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Responsibility for the property remains with the owner

Responsibility for guest behaviour ultimately rests with the property owner

We are not liable for guest actions or damage unless caused by our negligence

Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services will be agreed separately and confirmed in writing, via our Website, or within a management agreement.

Unless stated otherwise:

Fees are exclusive of VAT (if applicable)

Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms

Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services

Use of Information and Data

We may collect and process personal and property-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
